Let's get to the point.

Let's talk about preparation first. Angkor's temples are not too many, but they are enough for you to see for a few days. If you don't understand the history of Cambodia and just walk around, you will be visually tired and can't feel the shock of Angkor. Angkor is not just a wall and tile wrapped in a towering tree. I don't like reading. I recommend Jiang Xun's Angkor beauty video. The video is divided into four parts: founding, prosperity, understanding and disillusionment. The total length is about 8 to 10 hours. If you feel that time is too tight, you can only see prosperity and comprehension. Dingsheng mainly introduces Angkor Wat, or Angkor Wat, and Zhiwu mainly introduces Bayon. There is a new version of LP, you can buy one, LP good do not have to introduce.

Of course, we can also ask the local guide to explain it to us. But I met a compatriot in the bayong temple and yelled to her Chinese guide, "where is Khmer's smile? I want to shoot Khmer's smile I can only say that more than 100 faces on her head were smiling. We are all moved by the beauty of Angkor in the legend, and go to this mysterious country. Why don't we take a little time to get to know him? PS, the tour guide will be wrong

Learn about this ancient city that was once engulfed by the jungle, and feel and understand it with humility. That casual smile will appear on your face.

As for visa, Cambodia's visa is extremely simple. Go directly to the official website to apply for e-visa, 25 dollars, cheap and fast (if you have a credit card that can pay US dollars), as long as you provide photos and passport information. The official website can display Chinese, but the content must be in English. You don't need to fill in the places where you don't star. For example, your current address, which port you enter Cambodia and so on. Of course, it's better to fill in. If you don't know the time and the port of entry, you can not apply for a visa first. Cambodia's e-visa is very fast. It can be done one week in advance. On weekdays, you can fill in the information in the morning and get the e-visa email in the afternoon. You don't believe it. After you get the visa, print more copies (black and white, color is OK). Actually, you need 2 copies. The customs will take them away. If you have any questions, you can ask me directly. About candy, the kids over there will still ask you for candy. Bring it if you like. I didn't bring it anyway. My friend who went with me also brought a box of pencils, which were not sent out at all. Cambodia is really poor, but all kinds of luxury cars on the streets of Siem Reap... hear nothing of.

About dry food, bring some beef jerky. If you don't plan to go back to the hotel for a rest at noon. It's too hot there. I can't eat bread and biscuits at noon. Don't bring chocolate. You can't eat it. Just don't eat in the scenic area. If you pay attention, the entrance of the scenic area says that you can't eat in it. Eat outside the scenic spot, just before checking the ticket.

About sunscreen. You must have a hat and an umbrella. The function of an umbrella in dry season is to keep out the sun. In March and April, the sun in Southeast Asia is not covered. It's absolutely painful to sun your skin. It's much more comfortable to have an umbrella, but in some places, you have to use both hands and feet to get up. It's not very convenient to take an umbrella with you... Think for yourself. Sunscreen must be used, or you will get sunburn. It's not a matter of beauty or whiteness. My face is painted with bio spring isolation + an Nai sun, but not how to be tanned, the body is painted with water baby waterproof sunscreen, 100p + +. I was sunburned (I went to the beach later), but I didn't get sunburn. If shuibaobao's 100p is not for swimming, don't buy it. It will dye the clothes yellow and can't be washed out.

It's over.

DAY0

Why is it day0? It's 4:30 in Guangzhou. It's more than 6:30 in Siem Reap. I'll be charged for my luggage and customs clearance. I'll fill in the form. It's seven o'clock. So, day0. ha-ha.

Siem Reap Airport

Just in time for the sunset

Siem Reap airport is very beautiful. There is a replica of the head of ayabama VII in it. I was too excited to shoot it at that time.

On the plane, remember to ask the stewardess for the entry form. Fill it out first. The clearance is given together with the passport and visa. Pass the time to meet the money directly ignore or give an invincible smile on it, will not delay. However, it is necessary to confirm whether the passport has been stamped and whether there is any problem with the date on the stamp. After passing the customs, he was stopped near the toilet (exit), because there was another one who didn't know what form to fill in. At that time, a big brother who could speak Chinese gave us the form, and then said: we must fill in it, just scribble It should be a declaration form. In fact, the Cambodian customs are very relaxed and casual, and they all speak Chinese, including when they ask you for money.

Airport Exit surrounded by a pile of pick-up drivers, a second to see the sign with my name. One advantage of pre Book GH is that it can enjoy free pick-up. It's hot at the airport. It's nice to have someone pick up.

After sitting on Dudu, I thought I could enjoy the cool breeze in the evening. It turns out that's not the case at all. The whole Siem Reap is a big steamer. I was going to use a bicycle in a small circle, so I gave up.

Guest house of my book: http://www.prohmroth-inn.comoom-rates.php . Because I feel that the three nights in Siem Reap are basically very little time to stay in GH. Swimming pools and the like are floating clouds, so I chose a clean, clean, cheap, air-conditioned hot water pool. I live in this old shop. At that time, it was said that there was no room in the new shop. We ordered a room for 2 people, but we got a room for 3 people. In fact, the old shop is better. It's jiuba street. No one in the PS shop can speak Chinese. In addition, when I was in the book room, I asked the store to continue to visit Angkor after checking out on the last morning. When I came back in the evening, I arranged a room for us to take a bath for free, and then I took the night train to Sihanouk. Let's book the night train tickets and send us to the night train for free. After taking the night train from Sihanouk back to Siem Reap, we went back to this city and provided rooms for free. We took a bath, kept our luggage (we went to play during the day), and finally took us to the airport in the evening( On the last trip to the airport, I gave Dudu driver $3 and a little tip.

At that time, when I wrote email, I thought, is this a bit excessive? But they all readily agreed!

Dinner in red piano in the evening. Pizza is on time. Amok fish and shake don't work.

After eating, I went to the night market

The child's eyes are so strange, ha ha

There are free performances in the night market. The girls are very beautiful.

It seems that things in the night market are not cheap and they are not sold. After shopping, I went to blue pumpkin to buy bread and order mango shake. That moved me! Blue pumpkin's mango shake must be tried!

Later, I found that there is a very comfortable sofa heel on the second floor of blue pumpkin - air conditioning! And WiFi

There are many beautiful free maps and travel materials near the toilet. And 3D maps... Very touching to say. In a word, I love blue pumpkin!

The famous amok shop. Amok should be the name of a mixed spice cooking method, similar to dongyingong. So every restaurant has a dish called amok fish, amokxx. And this is a restaurant named amok. I haven't been to this restaurant. I can't arrange it. Ha ha.

Colonial characteristics, French architecture.

Day1

I checked with Google Earth before I set out. The sun came out of Angkor temple in mid March after 6:30. The sluggard decided to leave at half past five. I thought the driver who came to pick up the plane was very good, so I went straight to GH book to pick up the car for two days. That's 85 dollars. Sure enough, Dudu driver (young guy named sinat, I think he's a good kid) rushed up at 5:30 to remind us that we won't see the sunrise any later!! Good responsibility, good lovely child.

Starting at 5:40, Dudu is still a little cold in the early morning.

No more pictures of sunrise. The light is not very good, everyone's pictures on the Internet are very beautiful!

People who watch the sunrise are actually very interesting.

I've been teasing local kids who are playing with foreigners nearby.

In March, the lotus blooms very little.

The weak sunlight is on everybody's face, the light is very beautiful. This old lady is probably Korean or Japanese. Her shirt is very nostalgic but clean.

People who are serious, attentive and enjoy themselves at the same time

The last one is my favorite.

Beautiful solidification in this moment, time seems to stop flowing. Why love is beautiful is because it is short, especially compared with the great building that has existed for more than 500 years. Nothing can last forever. The so-called eternity is nothing. Such a moment is perfect and eternal.

Bayon Bayon temple was originally the temple of Shiva. After kyebrama VII converted to Buddhism, he added 49 statues of Brahma to the original xumizuo, which achieved the miracle of Khmer smile.

Looking at Bayon from a distance

From a distance, Bayon is indeed a dilapidated stone heap, but imagine that the paint of the stone mountain did not fade at that time. It should be very spectacular.

It's 7:30 a.m. when we get to bayong temple. Few tourists are very quiet. You can enjoy it with your heart.

In Indian mythology, Apsara is a fairy who turns waves into water when stirring the milk sea. Compared with Angkor Wat, Bayon's Apsara is more gentle and indifferent.

Almost every pillar has a bas relief of Apsara.

Khmer Smile

The Buddhist symbol of bayon

A coconut shell, a lotus, an immortal faith

There are also a large area of BAS reliefs on the periphery of bayong, which tell the stories of ordinary people. It is not as fine and magnificent as Angkor, but the relief area is larger than Angkor.

Have a picnic, ha ha. I didn't take this one. I didn't get that interesting scene.

Sequel - published at 09:49, July 5, 2013

Take a picture of a mustache

A little melancholy Xiaobai

A couple of foreigners ready to pay homage

In fact, Cambodians are very particular about appearance. The hair is well combed.

There are still quite exquisite reliefs on the periphery of Bayon, but they are relatively incomplete. Take a serious look, and abdominal muscles! Angkor's sculptures are basically round, sensual, soft abdomen, rarely carved abdominal muscles.

It's more than 9 o'clock since Bayon came out. In fact, he still doesn't want to leave. It's just that there are too many tourists and there are too many noisy people...

Angkor has a lot of elephants. It's suggested to ride an elephant on Mount barken It's not lazy. On the one hand, it's a good experience. On the other hand, it's because there are many people watching the sunset. It's very dusty for everyone to go up the mountain together!!! It's not cost-effective to inhale the dust for more than ten minutes. Riding a statue is different from walking up the mountain, so you can avoid the crowd of smoke and dust. But the elephant probably won't wait until you see the sunset. Maybe you need to communicate. Just ride on the elephant. When you come down, you can wait for the tide to disperse before you go down by yourself. At most, let Dudu driver wait a little longer.

9:00 is still in the sun sleeping lazy little, ha ha.

Baphun, the Bafang temple, is next door to bayong, that is, between the ancient palace and bayong. Pakistan used to be the biggest jigsaw puzzle in the world. Now it has been almost repaired, although there are still many marked stones on the ground.

The original appearance of Pakistan

Pakistan existed before the completion of Angkor Tong City. This is what it looks like after the reconstruction.

The characteristic of Bafang temple is that the approach road is supported by columns similar to Greek architecture. The columns are densely distributed, which has gone beyond the function of bearing weight. It makes people feel that they are added to increase the beauty of rhythm.

It is mentioned in Zhenla local records that there is a copper roof in Pakistan, which is probably the part with a window frame at the top that we see now. Before I saw the picture of the top of Pakistan given by Postcard published on a website, and then the text said that this is the golden top of the palace in the sky, with snake demons and the like on it. So it is necessary to know Angkor's history in advance.

Anyway, I don't know everything right. I'm not a historian. Let's listen to the story. It's all hearsay. Ha.

The long approach road is beautiful. I forgot how to climb back down the lead... The gap is quite high.

It's more than 9 o'clock in Pakistan, but there are not many people. Maybe the crowd is in bayong temple. But Pakistan is so bald... It's very dry. And it's very steep to climb up. The four legged climber didn't take any pictures. I'm so tired..

In the west of Pakistan, there is also a huge Reclining Buddha 60 meters high. It's hard to recognize it, so it's not necessary to map it. The statue was created by devout Buddhists 500 years ago, which proves that Angkor has not been completely abandoned.

After Pakistan came down, it directly went to the air palace from behind. The steep stairs of the palace in the sky.

It is said that the emperor would climb the palace every night and stay for several hours before coming down.

It is said that the golden dome at the top of the palace in the sky turns into a woman snake spirit one night. In fact, no one can go to the palace except the emperor. We don't know what's in the golden dome. I am more willing to believe that the emperor of this great dynasty painstakingly climbs to the palace every night, not to date goblins, but needs a quiet and private space, a space closer to the sky to think, meditate and rest. We stayed in the air palace for a long time, because we climbed up and found a corner where we would not go down.

After staying for a long time, you will naturally meet various tour groups. White people are basically quiet, and those with children will be more lively. It seems that Asians seldom travel abroad with their children. Japanese like a group of small bees, the volume is not big, but there is an older uncle suddenly called a Nihan XX long live, scared me. Needless to say, most of the Chinese people like to be boisterous.

It's 11 o'clock. Pafang, air palace, Xiangtai and Laowang platform are all very hot spots. It's really hard to see them when they are exposed to the sun. There is no shade at all on the Xiangtai and Laowang platforms. If you like less people, you will be very satisfied, but I think most people can't stand such exposure. At this moment, I really feel that my head is exposed to the sun, and it seems that there are ten thousand horses galloping inside, and I have a splitting headache... Xiangtai, I can't make good movies under the sun, and I'm not in the mood at all...

But there are exceptions. When we got to the hidden platform more than one meter wide under the platform, we forgot all the sun exposure, headache, thirst and hunger. It's amazing.

The hidden platform is very narrow. It's not that the sun won't come in at noon. There is no such amazing light and shadow. As long as there is light, everything becomes so beautiful.

TA Prohm temple is full of big trees, suitable for noon. At this time, the number of people is relatively small. Everyone goes back for lunch break. We got to tubron at about 12 o'clock.

What a beautiful smile

Very fairy fingers

Tabron is a Buddhist temple, built in 1186, dedicated to the mother of jayabama VII. Unlike other nearby buildings, tubron is crawling with roots everywhere. The symbiosis of trees and temples is the goal that India, which claims tubron, wants to achieve. Thick roots spread everywhere, clinging to the building like a boa constrictor. I don't know how long this symbiosis will last.

2 p.m., Angkor East Gate

Because of laziness and tiredness, Simon didn't go. The approach road was too long

At noon, the hot sun can't bake into the second floor corridor of Angkor. There are lots of murals in the corridor on this floor, and occasionally there is wind. It's a good place to be in a daze at noon.

The veranda, as the saying goes, is the first level corridor. Standing on the veranda and looking out, the sunlight outside is so dazzling that it can't hold the chance.

Inner corridor, attention, no tourists! That pride! But it turns out that there is a price to pay. After 3 o'clock, I'm really tired, and I have a headache. The mm camera battery of the same trade is also exhausted. It's a waste to go back home at 3 o'clock! The planned sunset in Bakun mountain failed.

Continue to be proud of the wood there are a lot of visitors inside the gallery photos.

The wall sculpture of Angkor is an Indian myth and an epic of Angkor Dynasty.

No matter from stone to carving, it is better than Bayon. But I couldn't help laughing when I saw the cute horse's eyes.

Well, let's be serious!

The war scene is vast and heroic

I have a very sincere attitude when I meet local tourists.

Kids who don't like wall carvings play on the veranda.

Happy children

Red is very photogenic in Angkor, and there are graffiti in Angkor

The hand of the statue, the lotus imprint in the foot, it's very exciting to see me take a picture. Well, it's red again! The spot of backlight

At 3:30 p.m., the number of tourists began to increase, and those who were not able to support themselves withdrew from little Angkor.

There is a big supermarket in Siem Reap called lucky. When I went back, I went to clean up a lot of fruit snacks. The price is similar to the domestic supermarket. Don't go to the supermarket near bar street. There are few and expensive things.

I ate it very harshly. Give me a piece of bread, smell it, look up at me: sister, I'm not vegetarian!! Waste food.

There are foreigners playing in the pool

Preah Khan, the holy sword temple, was built by jayabama VII in memory of his father. Shengjian temple is very big, but it's not the same as some strategies. It's not suitable for staying at noon. In fact, many parts of Shengjian temple are quite dry.

The East Gate almost crushed the towering trees in the corridor.

Hundreds of years of time, what has been achieved, what has been destroyed.

Immediately after Shengjian temple, when we passed the north gate of Angkor Tongcheng, we asked Dudu to stop and let us take photos. Generally, the travel notes say that the South Gate of Angkor Tongcheng is the best place to take photos, because the stirred milk sea over there is better preserved. But when I passed the south gate before, I didn't think so. First, there are too many people in Angkor, and the traffic flow in Nanmen is quite large. Second, because of the agitation of the south gate, Ruhai seems to be too new and perfect.

Here we are. There are 108 small pagodas in Bakun temple. It's also where Laura lands from the plane in Tomb Raider.

There are five levels and seven levels of temples in Bakun mountain. The seventh level represents the seventh heaven in Hinduism. Angkor Wat, who saw Angkor temple from Bakun mountain, later found that it was written on LP that he took an elephant up the mountain for 15 knives one way.

It's only 4 o'clock in Bakun mountain, and it takes a long time to wait for sunset, so I went back to Angkor temple. Angkor in the evening. Climbing up the library in the northeast, there were only two of us, waiting for the sun to set.

Nest in the library has been heard nearby children happy laughter.

Apsara in the library

In the introduction, I saw that the snack bar in front of the supermarket at the end of the bar street was delicious. Two for each. It's really delicious, especially beef. Finally, I have beef that I can bite. It's just that the amount of rice flour is too small. Another double is not enough. What's funny is that they gave us a dish of green leafy vegetables. We all think it's green vegetables. We pour them into the bowl, and then we find that we can't chew them at all. It tastes strange. After eating, I found that the local people just tore the leaves down

He Fen didn't have enough to eat, so he ran to BBQ, a stall in bar street, to continue eating. A grilled squid for 4 or 5 knives, and a roast spareribs for about the same price. The last order of Cambodian spring rolls is the worst. Baked things are OK. Spring rolls are not good at all. All the vegetables in them are raw. It doesn't matter if they are raw. Just don't give them raw beans...

Nice roast ribs

Dismembered spring rolls

The lesson is, don't eat spring rolls at the stall

There is a foreigner in the bar opposite the stall. Except for the delicious spring rolls, the whole process is very pleasant.

After BBQ, someone strongly demanded to eat ice cream with pumpkin, which became the point we must go to every day in Siem Reap. After the ice-cream ball, mango shake is on time.

Day3 outer ring

A little after 7 o'clock, the Camry driver has been waiting for us at the gate.

Our plan is banteay samre banteay srei Queen's palace BEng Mealea banteay samre roluos temple

Kbal spear is not included in the plan. It is said that it will climb 2 km of mountain road. In view of such hot weather and not in good health, I won't go. Tonle lake is similar to Inle Lake in Myanmar, but it is also omitted. If you have not been to a similar water village or have enough time, you are still recommended to go.

After getting on the bus, he showed the driver the printed places to go, and the driver nodded and set off. It seems that the driver's English is not very good and he doesn't talk much.

Almost nine o'clock, banteay srei, Queen's palace.

Banteay srei was constructed in 967 and was not built by the king. Of course, it's not the Queen's palace as the name suggests. The builder of BS is said to be the teacher of jayabama v. there is no evidence that BS was created by female sculptors.

The Queen's palace is very small, but every inch of the building is carved with exquisite patterns.

BS and the main building is just a little bit.

It's very complicated, embroidery like carving

The gods and demons with different manners, and the beauty of Angkor by Jiang Xun are introduced to these interesting Indian myths.

How can the word "exquisite" describe such uncanny craftsmanship?

The patron saint of the temple, but these are imitations. The real ones are locked in the museum.

The walls are carved with patterns. Several towers inside BS are enclosed and are not allowed to enter. However, when several soldiers came, they could enter the restricted area.

Banteay samre is a mini version of Angkor Wat. The dog was photographed at the foot of gobsbeim hill. I took a detour, but I got a good harvest, ha ha. Banteay Samre

Sculptors at banteay samre, Plumeria growing from the foot of a temple wall, children playing with balloons. Banteay samre came out and bought two frozen coconuts for a knife. Coconut juice is not particularly sweet, but it has a lot of juice, which can quench thirst!

Children's happiness is the simplest

Banteay samre is a long way from BEng Mealea. After driving for a long time, I fell asleep all the way. I heard it rained. At half past one in the afternoon, we arrived at penmilet. Unlike other temples in Angkor, pemili is completely covered with big trees and full of collapsed stones. As a result, many other temples can't see small life.

The little frog in the moat.

Children and dogs on the moat

The temple is full of mottled sunlight, and everyone walks and climbs carefully among the rocks.

The trees, the green and the vitality of benmili are also the collapse of benmili.

What a big ant. It hurts to be bitten

A wooden bridge has been set up along the main road of pemerlet. I love this "ruins" which is full of shade and so green that people almost want to lie down and don't want to leave.

Handsome staff... Under the shade, covered with fallen leaves. How can we not love pemberlet? Sunlight through the leaves

He is a very gentle Spanish coach. There are two very black passages in pemili. We are a little afraid, so we asked him to accompany us.

He spent the rest of his time in pemberlet until 3:30 p.m. and left reluctantly. When I left, I found that all the way was red clay road. Banana trees around the road, shops are covered with thick red dust. So, if you go to penmithril, you'd better not take Tuktuk.

At 4:20 p.m., I came to the roluos Temple group. The roluos Temple group is the first large-scale Temple group built by the Khmer people and built by talabama I. According to the Sanskrit records on the doorposts, these towers were built on July 12, 893. They were dedicated by Dharma I to his mother, father and grandparents. It can be said that the great Angkor architecture began here. Without Angkor's momentum, it is the source and foundation. Lolei is mainly made of red bricks, with door frames and some stone carvings made of stone.

The construction time of Shenniu Temple Preah Ko is similar to that of luolei temple, which is also a red brick building. The plaster relief of Shenniu temple is the best preserved in Angkor. Jiang Xun's Angkor beauty mentioned that the raw material of the plaster is clay and glutinous rice. The plaster relief wrapped in the red brick is the sandstone relief on the door frame. It's horse head and snake that stir the milk sea. Naga seems to be the result of the spray... Only in Shenniu temple can we see the well preserved plaster relief ~! It's been through thousands of years. In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the Khmer nation did not have the ambition to be immortal. The choice of this kind of plaster carving only considered the difficulty and beauty of carving. Unlike stone carving, the original intention of stone carving is immortality. The plaster relief of Shenniu temple is not spectacular, but very precious. It's a sculpture eaten by time. This is similar to the red brick temple seen in Bugan, Myanmar, except that the relief remains there are far less delicate than here.

Three stone sculptures of sacred cow facing the temple.

Bakong Temple

Bakong temple is the largest temple in Luoluo Temple group. It's also a good place to watch the sunset.

It's a little tearful to focus on the wall behind

Children of Bakong temple. In fact, this kind of eyes is a little worried. In view of the need to go back home to take a bath, eat, catch the midnight oil, do not watch the sunset, go back home. The three-day Angkor tour ended. I was in a hurry, but I caught the night train. At 8 p.m., we started again. Sihanouk port!
